Navantia holds “JUMP IN”, the online career guidance event which connects university students who are completing their studies (undergraduate or master’s) with Navantia professionals.

During the session, Javier Herrador (Head of the Bay of Cadiz Shipyards), Víctor Gavín (new addition to the Commercial Department) and María Castro (intern in the International Business area) will tell you all about their vision of the company, how they came from University to their current position and the strategies that worked for them in finding work.
We’ll also talk to you about our most notable projects, the types of profiles and skills that are in demand in the naval sector and how to take part in future selection processes.
