Article 37 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) establishes the figure of the Data Protection Officer, and defines the cases when one has to be appointed.

In compliance with the aforementioned article, Navantia has appointed a Data Protection Officer. Our Officer has been duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) enabled for these purposes, which can be consulted at: https://sedeagpd.gob.es.

As a user, you may address our Data Protection Officer for any queries or claims you may have in regard to personal data processing carried out by Navantia. As established in article 37 of Basic Law 3/2018 of 5th December, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), any claims submitted to Navantia’s Data Protection Officer must be dealt with within the maximum deadline of two months from when they are sent.
