The safety and health of all its workers is the highest priority for Navantia in the development of its activities.
The company pursues the aim of zero accidents, identifying and evaluating risks for health and safety, establishing adequate preventive measures to avoid the materialization of any kind of damage and checking its effectiveness. To do this, Navantia have a robust and integrated ORP management system that allows to monitor indicators comparing them with those in the sector.
Prevention is therefore integrated into all of Navantia’s management processes; it is an intrinsic practice to all the activities that are carried out in the company, independently of the job that is occupied within it.
