Workers Commitment
The responsibility in the matter of Prevention of Occupational Risks is demanded to each and every one of the workers, own or of auxiliary companies, integrating the preventive actions in the set of its activities and decisions.
Workers receive the information and necessary training to perform the functions of their job, gathering their involvement to adequately develop the company’s prevention policy.
Navantia organizes each year the “Occupational Risk Prevention Day”, coinciding with the World Day of Occupational Safety and Health, during which all the centers organize activities for employees and auxiliary workers. The objective of this day is to transmit the company’s commitment to occupational health and safety and to reinforce the preventive culture with awareness-raising tasks for workers.
