Navantia held “JUMP IN”, the online professional guidance event that puts university students who are completing their studies (Degrees or Master’s), in touch with Navantia’s professionals.
It was held on 11th June between 17:00 and 18:30. During the session Javier Herrador (Director of the Cadiz Bay Shipyard), Víctor Gavín (new arrival in the Commercial Department) and María Castro (with an internship in the International Business Area) gave their impressions of the company, how they arrived at their current posts and what strategies worked for them when seeking employment.
We also informed them about our major projects, the profiles and skills required in the Naval Sector and how to participate in future selection processes.
