Training and Simulation
Navantia offers training to both the first and continuing training, through online classroom courses through on-the-job training.
The main objectives that reach the training provided by Navantia are:
- Optimization of the distribution of the distribution, in a manner compatible with any of the operations carried out by the vessel.
- Uniform distribution of workloads, both operationally and operationally.
- Training of the members of the management in the operation and maintenance of the equipment and systems on board
- Instruct, teach and train personnel in charge of the maintenance of equipment and systems.
To achieve these objectives, Navantia has the NAVANTIS family of products (NAVANTIA Training Integrated System), state-of-the-art systems dedicated to support training.
