Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, allows citizens to exercise the right of access to public information in areas not covered by the proactive disclosure section of this portal.
Navantia, S.A., S.M.E. makes it possible, through this page, to exercise this right within the limits established by law.
The procedure for exercising the right of access shall begin with the submission of the corresponding request addressed to Navantia, S.A., S.M.E., using one of the following channels:
Postal mail, addressed to:
Navantia, S.A. S.M.E. (Transparency Law)
Calle Velázquez 132
28006 Madrid
E-mail, addressed to [email protected]
All requests submitted by postal mail must bear the original signature of the applicant. Likewise, requests submitted by e-mail must be accompanied by a recognised electronic signature, in accordance with Law 59/2003, of 19 December, on electronic signatures.
All requests, whether submitted by postal mail or by e-mail, must include the applicant's name and surname(s) and a photocopy of their ID card or passport, as well as the information requested, the e-mail or postal address chosen for receipt of the response and, where appropriate, the preferred method of accessing the requested information.
Furthermore, as Navantia is a Spanish state-owned company belonging to the State Industrial Holdings Company (SEPI), citizens may exercise the right of access via https://transparencia.gob.es/, under the terms established in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
The Navantia Compliance Department, the body responsible for handling requests for the right of access, will decide on the acceptance, rejection, total or partial refusal of access requests within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request.
This period may be extended by a further month if the volume or complexity of the requested information so requires, subject to prior notification to the applicant.
