Navantia complies with the active disclosure obligations imposed by Law 19/2013 of 9 December on transparency, access to public information and good governance by including the relevant information that affects it in the "Transparency" section of its website.
As a state‑owned company that forms part of the State’s public business sector, Navantia follows the criteria established in this area by the Ministry of Finance, to which it is attached through SEPI.
