Its network of shipyards —located in Ferrol, Bahía de Cádiz, and Cartagena— allows for quick and efficient service to Spanish Navy vessels and allied navies operating along key routes in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. With unique infrastructure in Europe —12 dry docks, one floating dock, a syncrolift with capacity for 12 ships, and over 7,000 meters of berths—, Navantia is prepared to handle everything from routine maintenance to full refits or the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Each year, Navantia performs over 200 interventions on military and civilian units, offering services that include repair, maintenance, refit, conversion, life cycle support, and full modernization. The workforce —over 380 direct professionals and a network of more than 2,000 specialized contractors— enables the execution of highly complex projects with technical assurance, regulatory compliance, and maximum confidentiality. All work is carried out under strict quality, environmental, and safety standards, with certifications such as ISO 9001, PECAL/AQAP, and ISPS port facility approval.
