The BAM vessels are characterized by being modern ships with advanced technology, great versatility in terms of missions, high level of interaction with other Navy ships, and reduced cost and life cycle. This ship has a high patrol capacity (due to high maritime presence and seakeeping behavior). They incorporate all MARPOL environmental regulation measures, such as new propulsion, auxiliary, and emergency engines, as well as the Wastewater Treatment Plant (TAR). They also feature improvements aimed at weight reduction, new equipment, adaptation for a larger crew, and the implementation of updated regulations on prevention and operational safety.
Their main missions include the protection and escort of other ships, maritime traffic control, and the neutralization of terrorist and piracy actions. It is also prepared to carry out operations against drug trafficking and human trafficking, search and rescue missions, and provide support in crisis situations and humanitarian aid. Additionally, it plays a fundamental role in monitoring compliance with fishing and environmental legislation, including anti-pollution actions.
Ships with high performance, high degree of uniformity, great versatility, high standard of crew habitability, and low maintenance cost. They are the perfect choice for versatile naval missions. With modular design, high maneuverability, and advanced technology, the BAM offers protection, patrol, and rescue operations. Its efficiency and adaptability make it a strategic option for any navy.
The Platform Control System (SICP) on the BAM ensures operational efficiency by managing and controlling the ship’s systems. This includes monitoring machinery, energy, and other critical systems, improving resilience and the vessel’s response capacity.
SCOMBA enhances the BAM’s operational and defensive capabilities by integrating sensors, weapons, and communications. This system provides intelligent combat superiority, facilitates interoperability, and ensures efficient resource and cybersecurity management.
Maritime Action Ships are essential for a variety of naval missions due to their modular design and high maneuverability. These vessels are equipped for patrols, rescue operations, and protection missions, adapting to different scenarios efficiently.
Their advanced technology and adaptability make them a strategic option for any navy, allowing for a quick and effective response in emergencies. Moreover, their high standard of habitability and low maintenance cost make them ideal for long-term missions, ensuring crew welfare and operational sustainability.
Equipped with a flight deck and hangar for helicopter maintenance. Enables daytime and nighttime flight operations, as well as vertical replenishment. Includes boats for rescue operations, diver support, and personnel or light cargo transport.
Integrated Communication System
Incorporates next-generation technologies, with at least ten simultaneous communication channels. The ship features the most advanced external communication equipment, message processing systems, and internal communication systems.
