Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), establishes the role of the Data Protection Officer and the circumstances in which one must be appointed.
In compliance with this provision, Navantia has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) register established for this purpose, available at: https://sedeagpd.gob.es.
As a user, you may contact the Data Protection Officer with any queries or complaints regarding the processing of personal data carried out by Navantia. In accordance with Article 37 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), complaints submitted to Navantia’s Data Protection Officer will be handled within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt.
