Current data protection regulations, in Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), establish the role of the Data Protection Officer, as well as the cases in which one must be appointed.
In compliance with this article, Navantia has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) register enabled for this purpose and available at: https://sedeagpd.gob.es.
As a user, you may contact the Data Protection Officer to raise any queries or complaints regarding the processing of personal data carried out by Navantia. As established in Article 37 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), complaints submitted to Navantia’s Data Protection Officer will be handled within a maximum period of two months from their receipt.
