Among the solutions developed are the automation of preliminary manufacturing, weld inspection using laser profilometry and ultrasound, and robotic pre-assembly of bulkheads—cutting production times from 200 to just 12 hours. Dimensional control systems and advanced surface analysis paint inspections also stand out.
