Integration with Digital Twin and SCP
Advanced smart secure distributed digital infrastructure that acts as the ship’s nervous system. The Integrated Services System (ISS) provides support and coverage to various services and functionalities, enabling human digital integration with the ship’s systems and spaces, taking operations to a new level of readiness and awareness. The ISS serves as the gateway to the Digital Twin platform, delivering high-performance distributed edge computing integrated with IPMS and ICCS.
The Integrated Services System offers the necessary digital infrastructure for digital ships, based on robust cybersecurity design. Its configuration is composed of a tunneled, isolated architecture with interfaces to cybersecurity systems, and is based on Zero Trust principles, offering jamming detection and anti-tampering mechanisms. The ISS detects unauthorized presence or intrusion within its components, featuring blocking capability and two-factor authentication.
The ISS is a redundant and highly available system that improves the operational experience of crew and shipowners. It places fleets ahead in terms of capabilities related to the digital ship concept and new lifecycle services.
The deployment of the ISS turns the ship into a highly sensorized platform with the ability to monitor and control all crew members and safety elements, as well as its surroundings. In this scenario, the ISS enables exploitation of all this information through artificial intelligence algorithms that optimize the ship's operations.
It establishes a new standard of integration between systems, spaces, and people, adding intelligence to components and integrating them into new experiences. It enables ships to operate in dangerous areas or functions without direct human intervention—paving the way for semi-autonomous and, in the future, fully autonomous operations.
The ISS is a modularly designed system capable of naturally incorporating new digital capabilities, such as edge computing on the nodes to meet the needs of extreme computing and increasingly smart onboard devices. We can summarize the ISS as an unparalleled, highly complex technological development in the naval domain.

Incident anticipation and response
Provides the ship and systems with information to anticipate and respond to incidents
Captures real-time information about the ship and crew status, enhancing situational awareness for operational support. Thanks to its edge computing capabilities, it allows the deployment of solutions and actions to respond to incidents in a fast and safe way for the crew.
Enables early detection of incidents such as fires and flooding and adds an extra layer of safety for the crew. It acts as the trigger for response actions to undesirable events, protecting personnel integrity and helping preserve the ship’s status during such events.
