The Digital Twin is designed to prioritise functions according to the needs of each crew, taking into account technological and investment constraints. Its objective is to develop three deployable platforms with the digital model of the ship, keeping it updated during the procurement and operation phases. This system makes it possible to visualise and access in detail the configuration elements through augmented and virtual reality technologies, representing the ship in real time. It also incorporates advanced analytical models for diagnosis and failure prediction, integrating logistic services that optimise fuel consumption and energy efficiency of critical systems such as propulsion and HVAC. The Digital Twin improves vessel operation, planning and maintenance. Its on-board architecture acquires data from the platform and, through analytical modelling, provides the crew and chain of command with advanced diagnostic information. Through its visualisation system integrated with logistics services, it allows detailed access to platform elements in real time. Likewise, integration with ground platforms facilitates communication and access to visualisation, analysis and configuration services from strategic and operational levels.
To meet this objective, the Digital Twin is integrated with the different Systems deployed on board, such as SICP, CMS or Navigation, as well as other data sources (Edge devices, Smart Sensors, ...). All this information is stored and processed in its Digital Platform, so that it can be used by various services to offer diagnostic functionalities, damage prediction and propagation, energy efficiency analysis or calculation of optimal routes. The Digital Twin facilitates a comprehensive and advanced management of the ship's operations, improving efficiency and optimising on-board resources. Through its ability to simulate and predict operational conditions, it significantly aids strategic preparedness and response in various maritime situations.

The F110 Digital Twin is an advanced virtual replica that allows you to manage, analyse and optimise your performance and maintenance in real time. By integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics, it provides a holistic view of the vessel, facilitating fast and efficient decision making in multiple scenarios and complex missions.
The Digital Twin is a tool capable of getting the most out of ship and non-ship data. Through advanced analysis and modelling techniques,
This system can be of great value for decision making during the mission, pre-mission and post-mission logistics and analysis. It provides an enriched and agile view of the ship's status.
The Digital Twin can offer a new and advanced view of the status of the ship's platform and major systems. Immediate status reports, prediction of ship behaviour during a mission, post mission analysis of system efficiency, these and other functions can be offered by the Digital Twin.
Mission preparation
Perform simulations on the behaviour of the ship's platform, analyse current and future health status. With Digital Twin, the ship can anticipate problems that may arise during the execution of a mission.
Maintenance reduction
Analysis of the state of health of assets of interest. Support in early maintenance decision making.
