This Thursday, 11 September, at 7:39 p.m., coinciding with high tide, Navantia will celebrate the launch of the frigate F-111 Bonifaz, the first unit of the F-110 programme for the Spanish Navy, at the Ferrol Shipyard.
The event will be attended by Her Majesty Queen Sofía, godmother of the ship, along with institutional representatives from the Navy and Navantia.
The F-110 series represents a technological and strategic milestone, incorporating advanced capabilities in defence, sustainability and industrial innovation, and reinforces Navantia's commitment to security and national industry.
