Supply Chain

Navantia has worked in the Digitization of its Supply Chain in order to improve operational efficiency and reduce production and delivery deadlines, eliminating repetitive tasks (demands, billing, delivery follow-up …) through the robotization of processes and developing an integrated ecosystem client / supplier / product / program, to ensure the traceability and trust of the information

Navantia also has used Artificial Intelligence predictive models to support the strategic purchases, Machine Learning techniques to expenditure control and collaborative development with suppliers through common digital platforms such as Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

This ecosystem allows Navantia to implement measures that provide value to the client throughout the life cycle of the product, including its own supply chain.
